We work to advance cardiovascular health by bridging science, community engagement, and policy action. Our outreach efforts translate the latest research into practical knowledge for the public, healthcare professionals, and partners across sectors. Through education, awareness initiatives, and accessible resources, we empower individuals to understand risk factors, adopt heart-healthy behaviors, and seek timely care.
At the systems level, we collaborate with policymakers, advocate for evidence-based interventions, and promote equitable strategies that address the social and environmental determinants of cardiovascular disease.
By uniting scientific evidence with community voices and public policy, we aim to drive meaningful, lasting improvements in heart health for all.
