Mark your calendar: call for abstracts for the 48th European Lipoprotein Club meeting opens soon

The 48th European Lipoprotein Club (ELC) meeting will take place at the Evangelische Akademie in Tutzing, Germany, from September 8-11, 2025.

This year’s meeting offers a dynamic mix of presentations from research investigators, postdocs, and graduate students. Scientists and students residing in Europe or neighboring countries, whose work aligns with the objectives of the ELC, are encouraged to apply to attend and present their research. Abstracts will be selected based on scientific merit, and both oral and poster presentations will be considered. A long-standing tradition of the ELC meeting is the strong involvement of graduate students, many of whom present their findings.

Professor Alexander Bartelt, chairman of the ELC, invites you to mark your calendars. If you have an interest in lipids, lipoproteins, and lipid-related diseases, this meeting will provide a fantastic opportunity to share your research, engage with emerging talents, and network with experts in the field.

The scientific programme will feature 5-10 topics selected by the Organising Committee based on submitted abstracts. These topics will be discussed over four days of the meeting.

The call for abstracts will open soon, from February 1 to April 24, 2025. Stay tuned!
