FH-week 2026
Join us for EAS FH Week 2026!
Familial Hypercholesterolaemia (FH) is underdiagnosed, undertreated—and urgent to address. This year, FH Week places special emphasis on the latest EAS consensus on FH in children and adolescents and its critical implications for early diagnosis and treatment.
During FH Week 2026, we aim to shine a spotlight on FH, raising awareness among the general public, healthcare professionals, and policy-makers alike. This work directly supports the ambitions of the EU Safe Hearts Plan, reinforcing the need for earlier detection, improved access to treatment, and more consistent implementation of evidence-based cardiovascular prevention across Europe.
Our key message is clear: early detection and optimal management of FH can change the course of a lifetime and requires shared responsibility, strong collaboration, and coordinated action aligned with the EU Safe Hearts Plan.
