Collaborations:

EAS looks forward to continued partnership with IAS leadership

In response to the official announcement regarding leadership changes at the International Atherosclerosis Society (IAS), we would like to express our gratitude for our collaboration with Peter Libby over the past three years. We are also excited to work with the new leadership of IAS – initially under Dirk Bloom and subsequently under Samia Mora.

We believe that strengthening the partnership between the International Atherosclerosis Society and the European Atherosclerosis Society will bring significant benefits to patients worldwide, particularly those with or at risk of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Borge G. Nordestgaard
President of the European Atherosclerosis Society

Kausik Ray
Past-President of the European Atherosclerosis Society
