Dr. Gidding is a Professor in the Genomic Health Department at Geisinger and a trustee of FH Europe. His current work focuses on research and advocacy related to familial hypercholesterolemia, particularly in the areas of genomics and implementation science. Dr. Gidding has a four decade career as a pediatric cardiologist with an emphasis on preventive cardiology; he has published on all the major risk factors affecting the cardiovascular health of children and young adults.
